Welcome to Manipulating Light Photography. In a challenging market place it is important that clients receive a quality and trusted service and Manipulating Light is no exception. I provide a service that is more than photography, creating a relationship with you, my customer, giving you advice on what is best for you as every commission is personal.

Having twenty years experience in photography, supported by university training, I have a broad knowledge of all genra of photography, having the equipment to take the studio out on location or using modern day techniques to capture images in poor lighting conditions. This enables me to take commissions from Commercial assignments, through to Portrait sessions.

Before the photographs are taken, I will meet to talk about your needs, ensuring I understand what you want from our session, whether it is promoting you bussiness through your products, your people, capturing your wedding day or any other memorable day. It is important to me to produce quality work, but before I even press the shutter, I endevour to make my subject comfortable in front of the camera, dislpay products with impact.

It is important to meet before the day to chat about what you would like to acheive. We will do this on two occaisions, an initial meet followed by a pre-shoot which is included in the full day package price. I am a fun style of photographer, creating a good relationship with the wedding party and guests which helps to capture those treasured moments.
